San Francisco’s Museum of Modern Art - Serrano HotelGuide to San Francisco’s Museum of Modern Art: Hours, Exhibits and More

Exhibitors from all over the country and local creatives demonstrate their ability to bring contemporary art well beyond the canvas, and there’s no better place to showcase this than at the new SFMOMA, home to San Francisco’s vibrant art scene. The doors to San Francisco’s Museum of Modern Art will reopen May 14th after a 3-year long renovation. Just inside, the changes are stunning. (Get a sneak peek here.) The expanded 145,000 feet of gallery space is filled with more than 4,000 new works, and its 10-story geometric building has been transformed into something that seems to move like the San Francisco fog itself and already stands out as a new visual presence in the city.
